Terms of Use

The service consists of one-on-one private Gemara lessons over Zoom, 60 minutes each, taught by Rabbi Natan Hanuka.

The first lesson is a free introductory session with no obligation to continue.

Lesson times are arranged in advance and by mutual agreement. The student is responsible for joining on time with a working internet connection and audio.

Late arrival by the student does not extend the lesson.

Published prices: adult single lesson ₪110, adult 10-lesson package ₪900 (₪90 per lesson); child single lesson ₪90, child 10-lesson package ₪700 (₪70 per lesson).

Prices include VAT where applicable and may be updated from time to time. A price change does not apply to a package already paid for.

All content on the site and in the lessons — including the learning method, lesson plans, written materials, design and logo — belongs to Bonei HaTalmud and is protected by copyright.

Recording, copying, distributing, publishing or making commercial use of lesson content is not permitted without prior written consent.

Lessons are held in an atmosphere of mutual respect. We reserve the right to end a lesson or the engagement in cases of offensive behaviour or breach of these terms.

We invest effort in adapting each lesson to the student, but we do not guarantee a particular learning outcome, which also depends on the student's effort and other factors.

We are not responsible for technical faults originating with Zoom, your internet provider or your equipment. Where a material fault occurs, an alternative time will be arranged.

These terms are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel, and exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of the Be'er Sheva district.
